Returns Policy
1- Customer must return the item at his own shipping cost within a warranty that has been given
2- Customer has to do a backup for all data "eStarTechs /Owner/Manager/Employees are not liable or responsible for any lost or damaged On data storage, refund just the repair cost only "
3- Customer can do a drop-off and pick up too
4- Customer responsible to give us the right address for shipping purposes
5- Shipping from our store to customer will be insured so any lost package during shipping refund will be covered the cost of the item only
